Business Statistics

Over the past few years, the town of Shediac has experienced one of the strongest growths among all of the province of New Brunswick's municipalities. Large-scale players such as Canadian Tire, Sobey's, Shoppers Drug Mart and Kent Building Supplies have chosen Shediac as their location to do business. In the past year, approximately fifteen companies have settled in the downtown area. Companies such as La Coast Restaurant, Olivier Soapery, Second Cup and the St-James Gate Restaurant have chosen Shediac as the location for continuing to grow their business.

More than ever, our business partners have confidence in the great development potential of the town of Shediac; and the town is doing what is necessary to make it easier for these key players to contribute to the long-term development of the municipality.

The town of Shediac is currently in the process of developing charts with supporting statistics that will show private companies the municipality's potential. More than ever, the town of Shediac is open for business.
