Public Notice - Amendment By-law Z-14-44-59Z

(Pursuant to Section 111 of the Urban Planning Act)

The Municipal Council of Shediac is considering an application to amend Bylaw Z-14-44-59Z, adopted May 5, 2025. The request seeks to change condition (e) of the by-law for the property with identification number 70404348 in the Town of Shediac.

Those interested in this draft bylaw may consult the document at the clerk's office at Shediac Town Hall Monday through Thursday from 8 am to noon and from 1 pm to 4 pm and Friday from 8 am to noon.

Written comments on the proposed bylaw will be considered at a public hearing to be held at Shediac Town Hall, located at 290 Main Street in Shediac, NB, on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 6 pm. Anyone wishing to present comments will be given an opportunity to do so.
