Public notice - By-law No. 25-46 - Building by-law

(Pursuant to Section 10(1) of the Local Governance Act)

The Shediac Municipal Council is considering the introduction of a revised version of by-law No. 25-46 relating to building in the Town of Shediac. The Municipal Council has already proceeded with the first and second readings at the Regular meeting of May 21, 2025. The third reading is scheduled for July 7, 2025. Pursuant to Section 15(3) of the Local Governance Act, instead of being read in its entirety, a summary of the by-law wil be read at that time.

People Interested by this draft by-law may consult the document at the Town Clerk's Office at Shediac Town Hall from Monday to Thursday from 8 am to noon and from 1 pm to 4 pm and on Friday from 8 am to noon.
