(Pursuant to Section 111 of the Urban Planning Act)
The Municipal Council of Shediac is considering the adoption of three municipal by-laws, the Procedural by-law no. 3, the Code of Conduct no. 64 and the remunearation of council memvers by-law no. 3. As part of these process, the municipality intends to conduct the first and second readings by title at the meeting on April 7, 2026, and to conduct a reading by summary rather than a full reading of the three municipal by-laws as permitted by section 15(3) of the Local Governance Act at the April 20, 2026, regular meeting. The municipal council unanimously adopted this resolution at its meeting on April 7.
Those interested in this draft by-laws may consult the document at the clerk’s office at Shediac Town Hall Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to noon and 1 PM to 4 PM and Friday from 8 AM to noon.
