Shediac – The Shediac Artists Village is pleased to invite the public to its major summer event, which will take place July 24–26, 2026, at the multipurpose centre located at 58 Festival Street in Shediac. Over the course of three days, visitors, residents, and tourists will have the opportunity to discover the exceptional talent of local artists and artisans in a warm and inspiring atmosphere.

This year, the Shediac Artists Village proudly celebrates its 25th anniversary. For a quarter of a century, the event has showcased the talent of artists from here and elsewhere, while offering the public a unique opportunity to discover the richness of the visual arts in a warm and accessible setting.

“The Artists Village is, above all, a place where artists and the public can come together. Every year, this event showcases the cultural vitality of our community and the wealth of artistic talent in our region,” said Shediac Mayor Patricia Bourque-Chevarie.

Throughout the weekend, visitors will be able to meet the artists, learn about their creative processes, and purchase one-of-a-kind pieces. The event offers a special opportunity to support local businesses while discovering the cultural and creative heritage of Acadie and southeastern New Brunswick.

Over the years, the Artists Village has become a summer staple in Shediac, attracting visitors from across the Maritimes and beyond.

The official opening of the event will take place on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 6:30 PM, but the Artists Village will open its doors at 6 PM. Visitors can explore the site from 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday, July 25, and from 10 AM to 3 PM on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
