Everyone is invited to join the walking club at 10AM, departing from the parking lot at the intersection of Donald and Pascal-Poirier Streets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

This activity is free and open to all fitness levels.

Active Chair Yoga 50+ | Free
The Multipurpose Centre invites you to join a series of 9 active chair yoga sessions, specially designed for adults aged 50 and over.

Thursdays from 1 to 2 pm
