Public notice - By-law No. 25-01 Composition of the municipal council

Pursuant to sections 45(1)(a) and 45(1)(b) of the Local Governance Act:

The Shediac Municipal Council is considering adopting an update to By-law No. 23-01 - Composition of the Municipal Council and intends to proceed with the first reading of a by-law concerning the composition of the Council at the regular meeting on August 18, 2025, at 6 pm.

Those interested in this draft by-law may consult the document at the clerk's office at Shediac Town Hall Monday through Thursday from 8 am to noon and from 1 pm to 4 pm and Friday from 8 am to noon.
