(Pursuant to Section 111 of the Urban Planning Act)

The Municipal Council of Shediac is considering an application to amend Bylaw Z-14-44, enacted on April 28, 2014, and filed with the Westmorland County Registry Office under No. 33795973 on May 23, 2014. The request seeks to change the designation of the property with identification number 01072446 and 70323068 in the Town of Shediac from Medium-Density Residential (R2) to High-Density Residential (R3) to allow the construction of four multi-unit dwellings  (12 units, 12 units, 10 units, and 24 units).

Written comments on the proposed bylaw will be considered at a public hearing to be held at Shediac Town Hall, located at 290 Main Street in Shediac, NB, on Monday, March 16 2026, at 6 pm. Anyone wishing to present comments will be given an opportunity to do so.
