✅ There are several beautiful public spaces in the region where you can fully enjoy the waterfront and nature—we strongly encourage you to use these designated public areas. The Bay of Shediac is also one of the best places to enjoy the water and have fun safely. Shediac Island is located near the municipality’s shoreline, and although the island may appear deserted, it is important to note that all land on Shediac Island is private property. Access is not permitted without the owners’ consent.

- respect property boundaries
- not enter private property without authorization
- exercise caution along the shoreline (the terrain may be uneven)
- keep the area clean
