The Municipal Council of Shediac is considering a request to amend the Beaubassin-Ouest Rural Plan, namely Bylaw 16-BEO-055, enacted on January 10, 2018, and filed with the Westmorland County Registry Office under No. 36263011 on August 25, 2016. The request seeks to change the designation of the property with identification number 70673546 in the Town of Shediac from General Commercial (C1) to Integrated Development (AI).
